An indolent B-lymphoma which is characterized by small-intermediate sized neoplastic lymphocytes and plasma cells. Often associated with Waldenstrom Macrogrammaglobulinemia (usually showing an increased amount of clonal lgM by serum protein electrophoresis and lmmunofixation Electrophoresis).
